چکیده
Taking into account the interrelated vibration dynamics of cutting and temperature in zone allows you to determine most successful state or mode terms energy costs. Purpose work: by forming a consistent model, convenient mechanism for operation system, which further wear wedge will be stabilized, force also as well tool. The paper examines: process metal processing on lathe case longitudinal turning product. Research methods: research consists series field experiments real equipment using modern measuring stand STD. 201-1, an experimental complex developed us. Results discussion. results data, particular, forces, tool vibrations, are presented. stabilization due relationship between vibrations during formation quasi-stationary is experimentally proved. It assumed that practical application obtained work, it possible increase efficiency reducing cost wedge.
